Everything you need to know before launching your project.
How do I order?
From the Order page, fill in the form: Discord username, email, project type, preferred package, project name and description. If online ordering is not open, you can open a ticket on our Discord server. We then get back to you to refine the project.
How much does a project cost?
Starter is €10, Advanced is €25 and Custom starts from €30. These are starting prices: the final price depends on complexity, number of features, development time, requested integrations, and hosting and maintenance needs.
What kinds of bots can you build?
Fully custom bots: moderation and security, ticket systems, economy and levels, member, role and permission management, automations, logs and history, custom commands, API integrations, database connection, or any tailor-made feature.
Can I order a website only?
Yes. You can order a showcase website, a presentation website, a website for a Discord project or community, a custom website, or a website connected to a Discord bot. Each service can be ordered separately.
Can I get a dashboard for my bot?
Yes. A dashboard lets you manage and configure a Discord bot from a browser: Discord OAuth2 sign-in, server selection, bot settings, feature toggles, channels, roles and permissions, statistics, logs. It talks to the bot and only shows data that is actually available. Its scope depends on the package you choose.
Can my website be connected to my Discord bot?
Yes. The websites and dashboards we build can be directly connected to the client's Discord bot. For example: a custom bot, its dashboard, a database if needed, and the connection between the bot and the dashboard, all set up and deployed by us.
How does the kdns.fr subdomain work?
By default, the address proposed for websites and dashboards hosted by Aegis Labs looks like projectname.kdns.fr (for example mybot.kdns.fr), based on your project name. This option is being considered: it remains to be confirmed depending on the hosting and DNS setup, and there is no automatic creation today.
Can I use my own domain?
Using a custom domain (for example dashboard.myproject.com) is being considered, subject to technical feasibility. It is not offered automatically for now: mention it in your request and we will tell you what is possible.
Is hosting included?
Not systematically. Setup, installation and deployment are part of the packages, but hosting and extended maintenance may be billed separately. It depends on your project's needs and is specified before we start.
How does maintenance work?
Starter includes bug fixes related to delivery and basic support; Advanced includes priority support; Custom includes maintenance and personalised guidance depending on the project. Extended maintenance may be billed separately and is agreed with you beforehand.
